$1000 prepaid 5% discount on all services
$2500 prepaid 10% discount on all services

Important Rate and Contract Information:
• Our regular business hours are from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

• All weekend and after hours assistance is available at 50% above our regular rates. After hours constitutes anything outside of our normal business hours.

• Modem and phone support will be billed in 15 minutes increments.

• Minimum charge for on-site service will be one hour.

• Broward County customers will be charged $7.00 per visit travel surcharge.

• Palm Beach County customers will be charged $15.00 per visit travel surcharge.
